全校運動會與學生相關資訊
各位親愛的同學日安:
以下是全校運動會與學生相關資訊，請詳閱，謝謝。
一、11月26日(週三)為本校運動會，請各(科)系助理自行由系統列印全年級學生名單，由各(科)系導師或班長協助點名。
點名地點於各(科)系休息區，成績列入精神總錦標計算。
(一)當日點名時間：第一階段上午08:10、第二階段下午14:30。
(二)請(科)各系助理於上午09:00前及下午15:00前將點名單繳交至司令台旁的生輔組點名表紙箱內。
(三)未出席者以學校重大集會假相關辦法辦理。
二、全校運動會即將展開，如無法出席相關活動，請同學務必按規定辦理請假手續，事假及公假需事前完成並將相關證明文件上傳。以全日8小時為準，未按規定辦理請假者，將記曠課8小時。同學完成請假手續請讓導師知悉。
三、如有任何需協助或疑問請洽本校體育教學中心辦公室洽詢。

Good morning, dear students:
Below are the relevant information regarding the school-wide sports day and students. Please read carefully, thank you.
1. The school sports day will be held on November 26 (Wednesday). Please have each department assistant print out the list of all students in their grade from the system, and have the department advisor or class monitor assist with roll call.
Roll call will take place in each department's lounge area, and the results will be included in the calculation for the overall spirit trophy.
(1) Roll call times: First session at 08:10 AM, second session at 02:30 PM.
(2) Please have each department assistant submit the roll call sheets to the box provided by the Student Affairs Office next to the command platform before 09:00 AM and before 03:00 PM.
(3) Those who do not attend will be handled according to the school's regulations for major assembly absences.
2. As the school-wide sports day is about to begin, if you are unable to attend any related activities, please make sure to follow the procedures for requesting leave. For personal or official leave, please complete the process in advance and upload the relevant documents. Leave is calculated as a full day of 8 hours. Failure to follow the procedures will result in a record of 8 hours of absence. After completing the leave procedures, please inform your advisor.
3. For any assistance or questions, please contact the Office of Physical Education Teaching Center of this school.
