一、旨揭計畫為強化青年之國際創業視野及實戰能力,促進青年掌握新創趨勢與跨國市場經驗,培育具國際競爭力之創業人才,並建立青年與美國創投、生態圈導師之長期合作關係,拓展國際創業網絡,擴散創業能量與典範,提升國際能見度。
二、旨揭計畫摘要如下:
(一)計畫名稱:G-3-2 創業加速器。
(二)主題類別:新創團隊及職能培力。
(三)見習機構:Larta Institute、洛杉磯新創生態圈參訪據點。
(四)見習名額:15名,本案 2/3名額優先提供桃園市青年報名,1/3名額開放給全國各縣市青年報名(含1名弱勢保障名額),每名補助新臺幣32萬元。
(五)圓夢期間:115年5月1日至5月14日,共計 14 天。
(六)青年申請資格:
1、具中華民國國籍 18-30 歲之青年。
2、語文能力:具備中高等級英文溝通能力,能適應全英語環境(建議具TOEIC650分或同等程度)。
3、優先考慮條件─創業背景:
(1)、曾參加校園或社會新創/創新競賽並獲獎或入圍。
(2)、目前為新創團隊核心成員(須附公司登記或團隊簡介) 。
(3)、正在開發創新產品/服務並完成最小可行產品(MVP)或市場驗證。
(4)、具 STEM、設計、商管等領域學習或實務經驗,對創業加速器流有認識。

The purpose of this program is to enhance the international entrepreneurial vision and practical skills of youth, promote their understanding of startup trends and cross-border market experiences, cultivate internationally competitive entrepreneurial talents, and establish long-term cooperative relationships between youth and U.S. venture capital and ecosystem mentors. This aims to expand international entrepreneurial networks, spread entrepreneurial energy and role models, and increase international visibility.
Program Summary:
(1) Program Name: G-3-2 Entrepreneurship Accelerator.
(2) Theme Category: Startup Teams and Skill Development.
(3) Internship Institutions: Larta Institute, Los Angeles Startup Ecosystem Visit Sites.
(4) Internship Quota: 15 spots. Two-thirds of the spots are prioritized for youth from Taoyuan City, while one-third are open to youth from all counties and cities nationwide (including one spot reserved for disadvantaged youth). Each participant will receive a subsidy of NT$320,000.
(5) Dream Realization Period: May 1 to May 14, 115 (a total of 14 days).
(6) Youth Application Qualifications:
1. Taiwanese citizens aged 18-30.
2. Language Ability: Possess intermediate to advanced English communication skills, able to adapt to an all-English environment (recommended TOEIC score of 650 or equivalent).
3. Priority Consideration Criteria�XEntrepreneurial Background:
(1) Have participated in campus or social startup/innovation competitions and won awards or been shortlisted.
(2) Currently a core member of a startup team (must provide company registration or team introduction).
(3) Currently developing an innovative product/service and have completed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or market validation.
(4) Possess learning or practical experience in STEM, design, business management, etc., and have knowledge of the entrepreneurship accelerator process.
