2、講者：Dr. Tyrus Miller── Dean of the School of Humanities and Distinguished Professor of Art History and English at the University of California, Irvine。
(二)第二場：
1、主題：Teaching and Researching Immigration and Food in US History。
2、講者：Dr. Yong Chen── Associate Dean in the School of Humanities and Professor of History at the University of California, Irvine。
