1. Objective:
To enhance the promotional effectiveness and on-site visual design of the Campus Job Fair, this competition invites creative poster and backdrop designs. The goal is to boost the event’s appeal and provide students with opportunities for creativity and hands-on practice.
2. Event Theme (Poster and Backdrop must include the following information):
“Tzu Chi University Campus Job Fair —Realizing Career Dreams in AI Era”
Date: March 27, 2026 (Friday), 11:00–15:20
Venue: Tzu Chi University, Jieren Campus Gymnasium
Organizer: (Insert LOGO) Ministry of Labor, Workforce Development Agency, Northern Region Branch.
Executor: (Insert LOGO) Tzu Chi University
Design entries must highlight job fair spirit, Tzu Chi University’s humanistic values, and vibrant.
3. Eligibility:
All faculty, staff, and students interested in design.
4. Submission Deadline:
From now until December 5, 2025 (Friday), 17:30.
5. Categories & Specifications
Poster Category: A1 vertical layout; JPG + editable file; must include event information.
Backdrop Category: Stage canvas size: W795 × H345 cm (full color design); size markings required.
6. Timeline:
Submission: Nov 20 – Dec 5
Preliminary Review & Finalist Announcement: Dec 8 – Dec 15
Campus Popularity Voting: Dec 16 – Dec 22
Award Announcement: Dec 24

Gold: NT$3,000
Silver: NT$2,000
Bronze: NT$1,000
TRUSS Backdrop Category:
Best Design Award: NT$5,000 (Winning design will be produced and displayed)
9. Copyright & Notes:
Submitted works will not be returned; participants should keep their own backups.
Only works that have never been publicly released are eligible.
Entries must be original and free from plagiarism, imitation, or infringement. Any legal liability arising from copyright issues is the sole responsibility of the creator. Violations will result in disqualification and return of prize money.
AI-assisted creation is allowed, but works must still be original and non-plagiarized. Copyrights are granted to the organizer for promotional and event purposes. Finalists must cooperate with revisions.
If submitted works do not meet quality standards, prizes may be withheld. The university reserves the right to amend or supplement event guidelines.
10. Submission Method:
Submit digital files to the Career Development Center, Central Campus Office of Student Affairs.
Submissions accepted Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:30. Late submissions will not be accepted.
