一、目的：為遂行教育部校外賃居學生輔導政策，主動關懷本校校外賃居學生，注意其生活環境安全與作息，預防意外肇生。
二、針對本校學生進行校外賃居訪視，一學年訪示一次，由導師、輔導教官進行訪視，了解校外賃居學生相關生活作息及環境安全。
三、訪視期程自114年10月1日至5月10日前，訪視完後並將相關訪視紀錄(照片)，登錄於本校現居地管理系統，以建立相關資料。
四、訪視禮品可至三校區學生務處生輔組簽領。
中央校區：學務處生輔組陳秋燕校安。
介仁校區：聯合辦公室張世超校安。
建國校區：學務處生輔組湯定榮。
五、請各位班導師針對校外賃居學生在校外租居協助掌握，還有很多學生尚未現居地管理系統填寫現居地，屆時會在期末導師會議報告訪視情形。
六、居校外學生可至三校負責同仁領取訪視禮品，截至11/18領取數量不到100
位，請各位老師協助關心。
I. Purpose: To implement the Ministry of Education's policy on counseling students living off-campus, proactively care for students residing off-campus, pay attention to their living environment safety and daily routines, and prevent accidents.
II. Off-campus home visits will be conducted once per academic year for students of this school. These visits will be conducted by faculty advisors and counseling officers to understand the students' living habits and environmental safety.
III. The visitation period will be from October 1st to May 10th, 2025. After each visit, relevant visit records (photos) will be entered into the school's current residence management system to establish relevant data.
IV. Visit gifts can be collected from the Student Affairs Office's Student Counseling Section at each of the three campuses.
Central Campus: Student Affairs Office, Student Counseling Section, Chen Qiuyan (Campus Security).
Jieren Campus: Joint Office, Zhang Shichao (Campus Security).
Jianguo Campus: Student Affairs Office, Student Counseling Section, Tang Dingrong.
V. Class advisors are requested to assist in monitoring students residing off-campus. Many students have not yet filled in their current residence in the Current Residence Management System; the visit status will be reported at the end-of-semester advisor meeting.
VI. Students residing off-campus can collect their visit gifts from the responsible staff at each of the three campuses. As of November 18th, less than 100 students have collected their gifts; please assist in monitoring their progress.
