Event Overview
In the campus environment, interpersonal interactions not only affect the work atmosphere but also profoundly influence teacher-student relationships. Compared to the introductory course in October, this advanced course will focus more on practical experience and exchange through physical lectures and interactive exercises.
By introducing "mindful communication," participants will engage in group practice and discussions to:
● Focus on the present moment, becoming aware of their listening and responding styles
● Gain different perspectives from peer sharing
● Apply mindful communication principles to daily teacher-student interactions and colleague collaboration
This event aims to enhance faculty and staff's mindful communication skills, fostering a more understanding and supportive campus relationship.
