 主  旨  重要通知】115年度高教深耕預算編列說明暨系統操作線上會議Notice: Online Meeting for System Operation of Budgeting for 2026 Higher Education SPROUT Project

各位師長、同仁大家好:

感恩所有單位的努力投入與執行,讓慈濟大學高教深耕計畫能順暢運作,又來到新年度預算編列時間,
本次藉由跨單位合作整合了流程,特召開說明會議,詳情提供如下:

一、誰可以申請?
只要單位工作內容有對應高教深耕計畫,包含學院/學系/中心/行政單位等,都可以申請。

二、如何申請?
感恩會計室與電算中心的協助,在校務系統預算編列之介面中,將高教深耕計畫預算編列一併整合於系統填寫。
為讓您填寫順利,請務必參加說明會。

三、重要的說明會訊息:
請於【校務活動報名系統】完成線上報名,
時間:114/11/20(四) 早上9:00-10:00
地點:GoogleMeet 線上會議室(透過活動報名系統報名後,於會前寄信提供連結)

四、預算編列重要期程:
114/11/20(四)上午 09:00 辦理說明會後,系統開放填寫
114/12/08(一)中午 12:00 截止收件
114/12/08-114/12/31 計畫內容與預算審查
115/1月 公布審查結果,並確認核定金額

Notice: Online Meeting for System Operation of Budgeting for 2026 Higher Education SPROUT Project

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Thank you for all the efforts from various departments that have enabled the smooth running of Higher Education SPROUT Project in Tzu Chi University. As for the annual budgeting(2026), we provide detailed information as follows:

1. Who can apply?
Any unit whose work aligns with the SPROUT Project, including colleges, departments, centers, and administrative units, is eligible to apply.

2. How to apply?
With gratitude to the Accounting Office and the Computer Center for their assistance, the Higher Education SPROUT Project budgeting process has been integrated into the school system interface for budget preparation. To ensure a smooth application process, please attend the Online Meeting.

3. On-line Meeting:
Please complete online registration via the School Activities Registration System.
Date & Time: November 20(Wed.), 2025 (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
Location: Google Meet Online Conference Room (Link will be sent after registration)

4. Important Budget Preparation Timeline:
- November 20th (Wednesday), 2023, 9:00 AM: Informational meeting followed by system opening for submissions.
- December 8th (Friday), 2023, 12:00 PM: Deadline for submission.
- December 8th - December 31st, 2023: Review of project content and budget.
- January 2024: Announcement of review results and confirmation of allocated funds.

Align your proposal with institutional development goals, highlight key development features, demonstrate excellent past performance, and show a perfect fund utilization rate in previous projects.
