一、依據農業部生物多樣性研究所與台灣積體電路製造股份有限公司合作「Eco Plus! 生態共融計畫」辦理。
二、本計畫旨在透過表彰並鼓勵學生於生物多樣性保育相關研究或實踐中的貢獻，提升其對生態議題的學習興趣與關注，進一步實現生物多樣性主流化。同時，致力於挖掘具潛力且適宜培育之人才，支持其在生物多樣性與生態保育領域的成長，提升國家整體生物多樣性人才水準。此外，計畫亦激勵大專院校、研究單位及民間組織，以創新思維結合跨域合作夥伴，提出解決生物多樣性保育議題之研究方案，提升保育成效並擴散其影響力。最後，亦鼓勵生物多樣性人才參與國際交流，深化對全球保育趨勢的認識，汲取國際經驗並轉化為國內實踐，促進國內生物多樣性保育的永續發展。
三、本獎學金暨提案獎勵自2026年2月15日至3月15日開始接受申請(依農業部生物多樣性研究所官網最終公告為準)，有意參與者可於指定網站下載申請簡章及細節說明(https://ecoplus-biodiversityaward.com)，相關參獎資格與條件如下：
(一)新秀獎適用對象：大專院校生物資源相關科系在學大學（專）生，以個人或團體參賽，須與指導老師共同提案。條件：從事台灣生物多樣性保育相關研究績效卓越或具有具體事蹟者，須繳交研究成果論文與簡報。
(二)菁英獎適用對象：大專院校生物資源相關科系在學或畢業2年內博／碩士班生。條件：從事與台灣生物多樣性保育相關的研究，且具備傑出研究成果。
(三)提案獎適用對象：國內大專院校或公立研究機關（構）。條件：針對生物多樣性研究提出創新提案，台積電公司將提供專案補助款支持研究。
(四)深耕獎適用對象：國內NGO、NPO、研究機構或其他團體，可跨單位共同申請。條件：針對生物多樣性研究提出深耕執行方案，台積電公司將提供專案補助款支持行動。
四、本計畫將於下列時間舉辦三場說明會：
(一)中部場-國立中興大學(生命科學院演講廳1樓)，日期為114年12月12日(星期五)，時間為11：30-13：00。
(二)南部場-國立成功大學(綠色魔法學校會議室-地下一樓)，日期為114年12月18日(星期四)，時間為11：30-13：00。
(三)北部場-國立臺灣師範大學，日期為115年1月26日(星期一)，詳細議程、地點與時間將以電子郵件通知。
五、本活動報名網址為(https://reurl.cc/Vm53XR)，額滿為止，前一百名報名者將提供餐點及精美禮品。
1. This project is implemented based on the collaboration between the Agricultural and Food Agency's Biodiversity Research Institute and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company under the "Eco Plus! Ecological Coexistence Program."
2. The aim of this program is to recognize and encourage students' contributions in biodiversity conservation research or practices, enhancing their interest and awareness in ecological issues, thereby achieving mainstreaming of biodiversity. Additionally, it strives to identify promising talents suitable for nurturing, supporting their growth in the fields of biodiversity and ecological conservation, thus elevating the overall level of national biodiversity talent. Furthermore, the program encourages universities, research institutions, and non-governmental organizations to propose innovative solutions to biodiversity conservation issues through cross-domain partnerships, improving conservation effectiveness and expanding its influence. Lastly, it encourages biodiversity professionals to participate in international exchanges, deepening their understanding of global conservation trends, learning from international experiences, and transforming them into domestic practices to promote sustainable development in national biodiversity conservation.
3. Applications for this scholarship and proposal award will be accepted from February 15 to March 15, 2026 (subject to the final announcement on the Agricultural and Food Agency's Biodiversity Research Institute website). Interested participants can download the application guidelines and details at [https://ecoplus-biodiversityaward.com](https://ecoplus-biodiversityaward.com). The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- **Rising Star Award**: Open to undergraduate students majoring in biological resources at universities or colleges. Participants must submit proposals jointly with their advisors. Eligibility: Outstanding performance or specific achievements in Taiwanese biodiversity conservation research; submission of research papers and presentations required.
- **Elite Award**: Open to graduate students within two years of graduation from universities or colleges majoring in biological resources. Eligibility: Engaged in research related to Taiwanese biodiversity conservation with outstanding research results.
- **Proposal Award**: Open to domestic universities or public research institutions. Eligibility: Innovative proposals for biodiversity research; TSMC will provide project grants to support research.
- **Deep Dive Award**: Open to domestic NGOs, NPOs, research institutions, or other groups that can apply jointly across units. Eligibility: In-depth implementation plans for biodiversity research; TSMC will provide project grants to support actions.
4. Three information sessions will be held at the following times:
- Central Venue: National Chung Hsing University (Lecture Hall 1st Floor), Life Sciences College; Date: December 12, 2025 (Friday); Time: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
- Southern Venue: National Cheng Kung University (Green Magic School Conference Room - Basement Level 1); Date: December 18, 2025 (Thursday); Time: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
- Northern Venue: National Taiwan Normal University; Date: January 26, 2026 (Monday); Detailed agenda, location, and time will be notified via email.
