一、旨揭系列活動規劃三部曲，首部曲為「青年Podcast節目主題徵件」，邀請15至45歲青年提出創意企劃，總獎金12萬元；第二部曲辦理「節目ON AIR」，由入選青年與知名來賓跨界對談，展現多元觀點；第三部曲辦理「青開麥 熱『寫』徵文」，邀請高中職及大專院校學生撰寫心得或行動提案，總獎金5萬元。
二、旨揭活動第二部曲「節目ON AIR」節目內容即日起陸續上架各大平台，請協助宣傳並鼓勵所屬青年至各大平台(https://open.firstory.me/user/cmgt13lla00bu01wtepk56wm4/platforms)收聽。
三、旨揭活動第三部曲「青開麥 熱『寫』徵文」相關資訊說明如下：
(一)徵文資格：具中華民國國籍者，全國高中職與大專院校在學學生，可採個人或三人以下之團隊形式報名。
(二)徵文內容：針對本Podcast節目任一單集主題內容，於收聽節目後撰寫其觀點心得回饋或行動提案，作品須為原創，字數至少2,000字，亦可結合圖文創作形式。（每集均有「網紅聯名Slogan」，若以此為延伸撰寫可額外加分，最高以10分為限）。
(三)徵文報名方式：採「線上」報名，填寫線上表單，詳情請上活動官網(https://hcyouthpodcast.tw/)。
(四)徵文獎項：10組，每組新臺幣5,000元，並頒發專屬獎狀乙張。

1. The series of activities is planned in three parts: the first part is "Youth Podcast Program Theme Submission," inviting young people aged 15 to 45 to propose creative plans with a total prize money of NT$120,000; the second part is "Program ON AIR," where selected youths will engage in cross-disciplinary dialogues with renowned guests, showcasing diverse perspectives; the third part is "Youth Open Mic Hot 'Write' Essay Contest," inviting high school and college students to write reflections or action proposals, with a total prize money of NT$50,000.
2. The content of the second part of the activity, "Program ON AIR," will be gradually uploaded to various platforms starting today. Please assist in promoting and encouraging young people under your jurisdiction to listen on these platforms (https://open.firstory.me/user/cmgt13lla00bu01wtepk56wm4/platforms).
3. Information about the third part of the activity, "Youth Open Mic Hot 'Write' Essay Contest," is as follows:
(a) Eligibility: Individuals with Republic of China nationality who are currently enrolled students at high schools, vocational schools, or universities can participate individually or as teams of up to three members.
(b) Essay Content: Participants must write their viewpoints or action proposals based on any single episode theme from this podcast after listening to it. The work must be original, with a minimum word count of 2,000 words and may include graphic elements. Each episode features a "Celebrity Endorsement Slogan," which can be used for additional points, capped at 10 points.
(c) Registration Method: Online registration is required by filling out an online form. For details, please visit the event website (https://hcyouthpodcast.tw/).
(d) Essay Awards: Ten groups will receive NT$5,000 each and a special certificate.
