親愛的同仁及同學們:
因應鳳凰颱風,建國及介仁校區餐廳提供 11/12(週三)及 11/13(週四) 線上訂餐服務,請至校務資訊系統 → 總務處 → 電子餐卷系統完成訂餐。
若花蓮市宣布停班停課:
1.三校區交通車將停駛。
2.領餐地點調整如下(實際時間由舍監依風雨狀況通知):
• 建國校區:於餐廳領取。
• 介仁校區:合心樓警衛室旁領取。
• 教職員:請自行衡量是否訂餐,未取餐恕不退費。
📌 訂餐規則
例:11/12 餐點請於 11/11(週二)14:00 前完成訂餐。
訂餐後金額將自動扣款,請確認電子錢包餘額。
14:00 前可異動訂單,逾時結單。
未領餐點視同放棄,恕不退費。
📌 注意事項
*若花蓮市未宣布停班停課,總務處將直接刪除 11/12、11/13 的線上訂餐(僅保留介仁校區早餐)。
*若當餐未領取,視同放棄,將由工作人員清理,不予退費。
*請妥善安排訂餐事宜,颱風期間注意安全,感謝大家的配合與理解!

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
In response to Typhoon Fung-Wong, Jianguo and Jieren cafeterias will offer online meal ordering on November 12 (Wed) and November 13 (Thu).
Please place your orders through the School Administration System → General Affairs Office → Electronic Meal Voucher System.
If Hualien City announces work and class suspension:
1.All campus shuttles will be suspended.
2.Meal pickup locations will be adjusted (actual times announced by dorm supervisors):
• Jianguo Campus: Pick up at the cafeteria.
• Jieren Campus: Next to the guard office at Hexin Building.
• Faculty and staff: Please use discretion when ordering. No refunds for unclaimed meals.
📌 Meal Ordering Rules
Example: Orders for Nov. 12 must be completed by 2:00 PM, Nov. 11 (Tue).
Payment will be automatically deducted; please check your e-wallet balance.
Orders can be modified before 2:00 PM; no changes after that.
Unclaimed meals will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable.
📌 Notes
If no suspension is announced, online meal orders for Nov. 12–13 will be canceled, except for Jieren Campus breakfast.
