一、因鳳凰颱風來襲的強風大雨，請同學避免不必要的外出，留意自身安全。
二、為因應颱風可能引發之豪大雨，請各單位確實做好下列防颱準備工作：
(一)放置於陽台的盆栽及戶外走道物品請搬至室內，並清理陽台區域使排水順暢。
(二)鄰近的公共空間門窗請關好門窗防止滲水，落地門的天地鎖請務必扣上。
(三)請於下班離開前再次確認防颱準備工作是否完備，務請密切配合。
三、學生宿舍及住宿生防颱應行注意事項如下：
(一)颱風期間住宿學生，必須遵守宿舍及相關防颱之各項規定。
(二)請目前住宿同學配合完成：檢查個人寢室門窗、照明、廣播設備、陽台或氣窗等，並將個人置於室外所有物品全數收回寢室內。
(三)颱風期間相關物品準備：手電筒、電池、收音機、飲用水及食物乾糧等。
(四)颱風期間應避免進入山區、河川、海邊活動，不要至海邊觀浪並隨時注意自己的安全。

1. Due to the strong winds and heavy rainfall brought by Typhoon Phoenix, students are advised to avoid unnecessary outings and remain alert to personal safety.
2. In response to potential heavy rain caused by the typhoon, all units are requested to complete the following typhoon prevention measures:
(1) Move potted plants and items placed on balconies or outdoor walkways indoors, and clear balcony areas to ensure smooth drainage.
(2) Ensure that the doors and windows in nearby public areas are properly closed to prevent water leakage. Please remember to secure the top and bottom locks of glass doors.
(3) Before leaving work, please reconfirm that all typhoon prevention preparations have been completed. Your full cooperation is appreciated.
3. The following precautions apply to student dormitories and resident students during the typhoon:
(1) Resident students must comply with all dormitory rules and typhoon-related safety regulations during the typhoon period.
(2) Current residents are requested to check and secure the doors and windows of their rooms, lighting and broadcasting equipment, balconies or ventilation windows, and bring all personal belongings placed outdoors back inside the dorm room.
(3) Recommended supplies during the typhoon period include: flashlights, batteries, radios, drinking water, and non-perishable food.
(4) During the typhoon, avoid entering mountain areas, riversides, or beaches. Do not go to the seaside to watch the waves, and always remain aware of your personal safety.
