各位老師、同仁及同學日安:
1.依本校《校園車輛管理辦法》第十條規定,校級活動或各單位舉辦大型活動、會議,如邀請校外人士進入校園,應主動告知總務處事務組相關資訊(含活動時間、地點及參加人員數),以利警衛引導車輛進入指定停放區域。
2.為簡化行政流程,請於**事務組官方網頁右側「快速連結」**或下方「相關連結」中,點選【校園活動/會議登錄單 (Tzu Chi University – Campus Event & Meeting Registration Form)】,並填報活動資料。
📋 注意事項:
校內各單位舉辦活動或會議時,應於活動日前2日完成填報,以利現場交通與安全管理。
若遇臨時變動,請即時通知事務組承辦人更新資料。
相關活動登錄資料僅作為校園安全與交通管理用途。

1.In accordance with Article 10 of the Tzu Chi University Campus Vehicle Management Regulations, all university-level or large-scale events and meetings that invite external guests to campus must notify the General Affairs Office, Administrative Services Section, of the event’s time, location, and number of participants. This helps security staff guide vehicles to designated parking areas.
2.Please access the Campus Event / Meeting Registration Form (Tzu Chi University – Campus Event & Meeting Registration Form) through the “Quick Links” section on the right side of the General Affairs Office webpage or via the link below, and fill out the required information.
📋 Reminders:
(1) Campus units hosting events or meetings should complete the registration at least two days before the event to ensure smooth on-site traffic and safety management.
(2) In case of any schedule or venue changes, promptly inform the Administrative Services Section to update the information.
(3) Submitted information will be used solely for campus safety and traffic management purposes.
