一、 依據本校學生宿舍住宿辦法「凡未依規定參加消防演練者，不得列入下學年第一階段住宿及暑期留宿申請。」
說明：護理4技4及專科55不列入下學年住宿消防演練次數。
二、 8月1日至8月7日公告第二階段住宿補床位事宜。
三、 當日夜間消防演練點名次數為二次，凡有未到者皆列為缺席。
(1) 一年級新生必須參加上下學期二次消防演練。
(2) 春季班新生及寒轉生須參加當學期消防演練。
(3) 舊生每學年須至少參加一次消防演練。
四、 本學期消防演練應到人數2755人，缺席人數302人，缺席名單如附件，請同學以個人學號進行查詢缺席狀況。
五、 自公告日起至114年11月6日止開放複查出缺席狀況，逾時將不再開放複查。

[Dormitory Affairs] List of Absentees for Nighttime Fire Drill in Dormitories for the 114-1 Semester
1. According to the dormitory accommodation regulations of our school, "any student who fails to participate in the fire drill as required shall not be eligible for the first phase of accommodation application for the next semester and summer stay."
Note: Nursing 4th-year technical 4th-year and vocational 55th-year students are exempt from the fire drill requirement for the next semester's accommodation.
2. Announcement of second-phase accommodation bed vacancies from August 1 to August 7.
3. There were two roll calls during the nighttime fire drill on that day. Anyone absent was marked as absent.
(1) Freshmen of the first year must attend two fire drills in both semesters.
(2) Spring semester freshmen and winter transfer students must attend the fire drill in their respective semesters.
(3) Returning students must attend at least one fire drill per academic year.
4. The total number of students required to attend this semester's fire drill was 2755, with 302 absences. The list of absentees is attached, and students can check their absence status using their personal student ID numbers.
5. From the date of this announcement until November 6, 2025, students can review their absence status. After this period, no further reviews will be allowed.
