主旨：檢送本場館「115年第一梯次領航就業實習計畫」簡章，請公告並轉知貴校各系所，請查照。
說明:
一、為永續經營場館並培養有志於藝文場館工作者，衛武營國家藝術文化中心提供大學三年級以上學生至藝文場館參與實務工作實習機會，除拓展藝文知識外，並於在學期間提前體驗職場生活。
二、本次開放實習部門為藝術總監辦公室、營運部、行銷部、學推部、節目部、技術部、行政部，開放實習期間為115年3月至115年7月。
三、報名收件期間為即日起至114年11月21日，面試統一安排於114年12月10日，錄取公告日預計為114年12月19日，更多資訊請參閱計畫簡章（詳附件）。

Description:
1. To sustainably operate the venue and cultivate talents for arts and culture venues, Wei Wuying National Cultural and Art Center offers internship opportunities for university students in their third year or above to participate in practical work at arts and culture venues. This program aims to expand students' knowledge of arts and culture while allowing them to experience workplace life during their studies.
2. The departments open for internships include the Art Director's Office, Operations Department, Marketing Department, Education Promotion Department, Programming Department, Technical Department, and Administrative Department. The internship period is from March 115 to July 115.
3. The application submission period is from now until November 21, 114. Interviews will be uniformly scheduled on December 10, 114, and the announcement of successful applicants is expected on December 19, 114. For more information, please refer to the program brochure (attached).
