一、旨揭以「設計思考」與「服務設計」的方法論，讓學員在跨領域交流中體會議題的多元觀點，學會如何盤點問題、同理使用者、激發創意並快速驗證原型。課程將以社會創新的案例切入，帶領學員親身體驗從「發現問題」到「提出解方」的過程，跨出實踐創新的第一步。

1. The purpose is to use the methodologies of 'design thinking' and 'service design' to allow participants to experience diverse perspectives on issues through cross-disciplinary exchanges, learn how to identify problems, empathize with users, stimulate creativity, and quickly verify prototypes. The course will use social innovation cases as an introduction, leading participants to personally experience the process from 'discovering problems' to 'proposing solutions', taking the first step in practical innovation.
