為落實各類計畫之經費管理，並確保配合款之申請及使用符合相關規範，有關計畫配合款申請作業說明如下，敬請配合辦理，感恩。
1. 依據《慈濟大學教師研究獎助辦法》，本校專任教師承接校外研究計畫，若依校外機構（單位）規定須編列配合款者，應於申請計畫前經校方審核同意後，方得提供「校外研究計畫配合款」。
2. 申請配合款時，請依前述規定以簽文送校長室核決，並會辦研究發展處及會計處。
3. 待簽文核可後，請依學院及計畫性質，提供簽文及經費核定表予下列承辦人。

[Research and Development Office Important Announcement] Instructions for Applying for External Project Matching Funds
To implement effective budget management for various projects and ensure that the application and use of matching funds comply with relevant regulations, please find below the instructions for applying for project matching funds. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
1.According to the 'Tzu Chi University Faculty Research Grant Regulations,' full-time faculty members who undertake external research projects must obtain prior approval from the university if the external institution (organization) requires the allocation of matching funds. Only then can the 'External Research Project Matching Funds' be provided.
2.When applying for matching funds, please submit a signed document to the President's Office for approval, and coordinate with the Research Development Office and Accounting Office.
3.After the document is approved, please provide the document and funding approval form to the following organizers according to the college and project nature..
