1.開學初期因課程尚在調整階段，課表變動較為頻繁。如借用場地時間與教務課表調整後的上課時間發生衝突時，將以課堂教學使用為優先。
During the initial weeks of the semester, class schedules may change frequently due to course adjustments. If a conflict arises between a booked venue and an updated class schedule, classroom teaching will take priority.
2.申請借用場地前，請務必確認最新課表及場地安排，避免衝堂或臨時異動。
Before applying to use any venue, please make sure to check the most updated class schedule and venue availability to avoid schedule conflicts or last-minute changes.
3.如有特殊情形，請主動聯繫相關單位協調處理。
If you encounter special circumstances, please proactively contact the relevant office for assistance and coordination.
