一、 新生「夏季制服」發放：
(一)日期：114年10月1日（三）
(二)時間、地點：
09:30-12:30中央校區東川堂休閒桌椅區。
13:30-16:30介仁校區聯合辦公室前木桌區。
09:30-16:30建國校區慈悲喜捨川堂。
(三)領取制服時，請各班班長帶領6位同學至以上地點依簽收單領取。
二、請各班依簽收單數量發放：
(一)如有數量不符，請即向廠商反應並處理。
(二)簽收單請於10月3日(五)前繳回：
1.中央校區：賴進興組長，分機11201。
2.介仁校區：張世超校安，分機31250。
3.建國校區：張加琨校安，分機22493。
三、新生「夏季制服」修改及新、舊生制服增補：
(一)日期：114年10月8日（三）
(二)時間、地點：
09:30-12:30中央校區東川堂休閒桌椅區。
13:30-16:30建國校區慈悲喜捨川堂。

Uniform Distribution for Freshmen, 114th Academic Year
1. Distribution of Summer Uniforms for Freshmen:
(1) Date: October 1, 2025 (Wednesday)
(2) Time and Locations:
09:30–12:30, Central Campus – Dongchuan Hall Leisure Area (tables and chairs).
13:30–16:30, Jiaren Campus – Wooden Table Area in front of the Joint Office.
09:30–16:30, Jianguo Campus – Compassion, Joy, Giving, and Equanimity Hall.
(3) When collecting uniforms, each class leader is requested to lead six students to the designated locations to collect according to the distribution list.
2. Distribution by Class According to the Distribution List:
(1) If the quantities do not match, please report immediately to the supplier for adjustment.
(2) Please return the signed distribution list by October 3, 2025 (Friday):
Central Campus: Section Chief Lai Jin-Xing, Ext. 11201.
Jiaren Campus: Campus Security Officer Chang Shih-Chao, Ext. 31250.
Jianguo Campus: Campus Security Officer Chang Chia-Kun, Ext. 22493.
3. Uniform Alterations and Additional Uniform Distribution (for both freshmen and continuing students):
(1) Date: October 8, 2025 (Wednesday)
(2) Time and Locations:
09:30–12:30, Central Campus – Dongchuan Hall Leisure Area (tables and chairs).
13:30–16:30, Jianguo Campus – Compassion, Joy, Giving, and Equanimity Hall.
