▲即時聚合酶連鎖反應儀QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR System
•即時螢光定量PCR系統，可單機操作的觸控式螢幕、簡單易用的軟體、預先優化的運行程序模板。
•定量分析軟體：可進行絕對定量 (Absolute Quantification)分析及相對定量 (Relative Quantification)分析，支援多種分析模式，廣泛利用Real-Time PCR技術來應用基因表現、病毒或病原菌偵測的實驗及SNP genotyping Assay。
•搭載6個激發光 (450–680 nm) 和6個散發光 (500–730 nm) 濾光片組，在一次實驗中可同時擷取多種螢光訊號組合，適用於多套定量聚合酶鏈反應。
