親愛的教職員日安：
為提供更便利的消費體驗，經與花蓮慈濟醫院協商，同心圓餐廳將新增付款方式並優化現行系統。自即日起，教職員在同心圓餐廳購買麵包時，即使帳戶餘額為負值，仍可直接消費，無須事先儲值。此項措施與現行刷卡用餐的機制一致。

New Payment Measure at Tong-Xin-Yuan Cafeteria — Faculty and Staff Can Purchase Bread Without Prepaid Balance
Dear Faculty and Staff,
To provide a more convenient dining experience, and following discussions with Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital, Tong-Xin-Yuan Cafeteria has introduced a new payment method and optimized the current system. Starting today, faculty and staff may purchase bread at the cafeteria even if their account balance is negative. Prepayment is not required, and this measure is consistent with the existing card-swipe dining mechanism.
