重要公告－本校教職員工防颱注意事項
一、氣象署已於今日發布楊柳颱風警報，請教職同仁隨時注意颱風動向及停班停課訊息，並做好
防颱準備：
(一)下班前務必關好辦公室門窗。
(二)停班停課訊息依花蓮縣政府或人事行政總處公告辦理。
(三)輪值人員若因颱風風雨過大，導致正常下班時間後需繼續延長上班者，請務必立即通知
人資處(e-m: ss440@gms.tcu.edu.tw 陳慧翎)，以利報請當地主管機關核備。

Typhoon Podul Warning
The Central Weather Administration has issued a Typhoon Podul warning. Please stay updated on the latest news and any announcements about work or class cancellations.
Before leaving work or class today:
1.Securely close all doors and windows.
2.The Hualien County Government will announce if work or classes are
suspended. Please stay updated.
3.If you must remain on duty beyond your normal hours (mainly Shift
personnel and Simulation Medical Center staff) due to the typhoon,
please notify the Human Resources Office right away (Ms. Huiling Chen,
ss440@gms.tcu.edu.tw). The university will report this to local
authorities for approval.
