一、根據中央氣象局8月12日早上5時30分發布編號第11號海上颱風警報,楊柳 (PODUL) 颱風預估其暴風圈外圍環流將對臺灣東部造成影響。受颱風影響期間將有局部較大雨勢,請注意防範瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風、溪水暴漲及坍方、落石、土石流,低窪地區慎防淹水。
二、為因應颱風可能引發之豪大雨,請各單位確實做好下列防颱準備工作:
(一)放置於陽台的盆栽及戶外走道物品請搬至室內,並清理陽台區域使排水順暢。
(二)鄰近的公共空間門窗請關好門窗防止滲水,落地門的天地鎖請務必扣上。
(三)請於下班離開前再次確認防颱準備工作是否完備,務請密切配合。
三、學生宿舍及住宿生防颱應行注意事項如下:
(一)颱風期間住宿學生,必須遵守宿舍及相關防颱之各項規定。
(二)請目前住宿同學配合完成:檢查個人寢室門窗、照明、廣播設備、陽台或氣窗等,並將個人置於室外所有物品全數收回寢室內。
(三)颱風期間相關物品準備:手電筒、電池、收音機、飲用水及食物乾糧等。
(四)颱風期間應避免進入山區、河川、海邊活動,不要至海邊觀浪並隨時注意自己的安全。

1. According to the Central Weather Administration’s Maritime Typhoon Warning No. 11 issued at 5:30 a.m. on August 12, Typhoon PODUL is expected to bring peripheral circulation that will affect eastern Taiwan. During the typhoon’s impact, localized heavy rainfall is expected. Please be alert for sudden downpours, lightning strikes, strong gusts, rapidly rising stream water, landslides, falling rocks, and debris flows. Low-lying areas should take precautions against flooding.
2. In response to potential torrential rains brought by the typhoon, all units are requested to complete the following typhoon preparedness measures:
(1) Move potted plants and items from balconies and outdoor walkways indoors, and clean balcony areas to ensure smooth drainage.
(2) Close and secure doors and windows in nearby public areas to prevent water leakage; for sliding glass doors, make sure to lock the top and bottom bolts.
(3) Before leaving work, please re-check that all typhoon preparations have been completed. Your full cooperation is requested.
3. Typhoon safety precautions for student dormitories and residents are as follows:
(1) During the typhoon, residents must comply with dormitory regulations and all typhoon safety requirements.
(2) Current residents should check their dorm room doors and windows, lighting, broadcast equipment, balconies, or skylights, and bring all personal belongings from outdoor areas back indoors.
(3) Prepare necessary supplies for the typhoon period, such as flashlights, batteries, radios, drinking water, and non-perishable food.
(4) Avoid going to mountainous areas, rivers, or the seaside during the typhoon; do not go to the coast to watch waves, and always remain mindful of your safety.
