親愛的同仁及同學們：
1.因應楊柳颱風，建國及介仁餐廳同樣提供線上訂餐，請到校務資訊系統-總務處-電子餐卷系統項下訂餐。
2.若宣布停班停課，領餐地點變動：領取時間由舍監通知（須配合風雨狀況）
建國校區：學生：在各棟宿舍1樓領取。教職員：第一警衛室。
介仁校區：合心樓警衛室旁。
教職員：請自行衡量是否訂餐，不另外退費。
3.訂餐規則：2025/08/13的餐點，要在2025/08/12-14:00完成訂餐
*訂餐後金額將直接扣款，請確認您的電子錢包餘額。
*訂餐變更可於14:00前進行，14:00結單。
*未領取的餐點視同拋棄，由工作人員處理，不得要求退費。
4.領餐規則:
*請依照名單簽名領取，代領人要告知訂餐人，避免當事人找不到。
*領取餐點時，請先確認名單，並依序領取餐點，避免誤領他人餐點。
請妥善安排訂餐事宜，颱風期間注意安全，感謝大家的配合與理解！

Dear Faculty and Students,
1.In response to Typhoon PODUL, the Jianguo and Jieren campus cafeterias will continue to offer online meal ordering. Please place your orders through the Campus Information System - General Affairs - Electronic Meal Voucher System section.
2.If the government announces a suspension of work and classes, the meal pickup locations will be changed as follows. Pickup times will be notified by the dorm supervisor (subject to weather conditions):
*Jianguo Campus:
Students: Pickup at the first floor of each dormitory building.
Faculty and Staff: Pickup at the First Guard Office.
*Jieren Campus: Pickup next to the Hexin Building Guard Office.
*Faculty and Staff: Please decide whether to place an order. No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
3.Meal Ordering Rules:
For the meal on August 13, 2025, please complete your order by 2:00 PM on August 12, 2025.
*Payment will be automatically deducted after placing the order. Please ensure sufficient balance in your e-wallet.
*Meal changes can be made before 2:00 PM, and orders will be finalized at 2:00 PM.
*Unclaimed meals will be considered forfeited and handled by staff, with no refunds available.
4.Meal Pickup Rules:
*Please sign according to the list when picking up your meal. If someone is picking up on behalf of another, they must inform the person who placed the order to avoid confusion.
*When picking up your meal, please check the list and pick up your meal in sequence to avoid taking someone else's meal.
Please make arrangements accordingly. Stay safe during the typhoon, and thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
