1. Application & Payment Deadlines
Students who need to stay in the dorms during the summer break must apply with proper approval from their department or related offices.
o Application period: May 19–23, 2025, before 3:00 PM
o Payment deadline: May 29, 2025, before 5:00 PM
2. Who Can Apply
Students who have a dorm bed assigned for the 114 academic year (or who receive special approval) are eligible. However, those with more than 60 dormitory violation points will not be allowed to apply.
3. How to Apply
All students must complete the process through the Student Information System:
o Go to Student Affairs → Dormitory → Dormitory Application
o Choose category and upload supporting documents (such as an official approval or event-related proof)
o Submit and confirm your application
You can also check your application status under Dormitory → Application Status.
4. Important Dates
o Move-out for 113-2 : by 12:00 PM, June 22 (Students who do not apply for summer housing are not allowed to stay in the dormitory during the summer break)
o Summer stay period: June 22 – September 5, 2025 (until 12:00 PM)
o Move-in for 114-1 (returning students): starts 12:00 PM, September 5
5. Notes for National Exam Candidates
o A NT$2,000 cleaning deposit must be paid together with the dorm fee.
o Deposit will be refunded only after passing room inspection and completing check-out. No refund if the room fails or the key is not returned. Cleaning will be arranged by the General Affairs Office.
o Refunds will be transferred to your bank account by the end of September.
6. Additional Notes
o Summer residents must cooperate with scheduled cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation without refund.
o Students approved through special application (including exam candidates) will be assigned to designated rooms. Stay dates are based on actual approval.
o Late applications or late payments will not be accepted. Students who miss the deadline must submit a special application and will receive 10 demerit points if approved.
o Unauthorized stay without applying or paying is a rule violation and will result in:
Dorm fee being charged
20 demerit points
Possible disciplinary action for avoiding roll calls or failing to pay
