主旨：113學年度第2學期應屆畢業僑外生申請畢業後在臺實習事宜Internship Application in Taiwan for Graduating Overseas Compatriot Students, Hong Kong & Macao, and International Students (2nd Semester, Academic Year 113)
為提供畢業後在臺實習的機會，教育部訂有「大學校院僑生港澳學生及外國學生畢業後申請在臺實習作業要點」，應屆畢業之僑生、港澳學生及外國學生如有意申請畢業後在臺實習，請依以下資訊辦理：
一、申請對象：113學年度第2學期應屆畢業之僑生、港澳學生及外國學生。
二、申請資格：
1.須符合作業要點第2點所列任一項資格
2.須取得作業要點第3點規定之擬實習機構出具的「同意實習證明書」。
三、 附件檢送：
1.大學校院僑生港澳學生及外國學生畢業後申請在臺實習作業要點（中英文版）
2.僑外生畢業後實習相關申請表
四、申請期限：應於居留證效期屆滿前2個月前向學校提出申請。
五、應備文件：
1.申請表
2.錄取通知
3.居留證影本
4.歷年成績單
5.實習機構同意畢業僑外生實習證明書
6.第一階段醫師國家考試相關文件及衛生福利部相關公告函影本
7.其他相關證明文件(請參考作業要點)
六、收件截止日：即日起至5/29日17:00止

【注意事項】
居留證到期日前2個月為最晚申請資格，提醒同學特別注意居留證到期日。

To help students get internship opportunities in Taiwan after graduation, the Ministry of Education has set the Operation Directions Governing Applications from Overseas Compatriot Students, Students from Hong Kong and Macao, and International Students for Internships After Graduating from University/College in Taiwan. If you are graduating this semester and want to apply, please follow the information below:
1.Who can apply:
Overseas Compatriot Students, Hong Kong and Macao students, and international students graduating in the 2nd semester of academic year 113.
2.Application rules:
(1) You must meet one of the qualifications listed in Point 2 of the Operation Directions.
(2) You need a “Certificate of Internship Consent” from the company or organization where you plan to intern (as required in Point 3).
3.Attachments:
(1) Operation Directions (Chinese and English)
(2) Internship application forms
4.Documents to prepare:
(1) Application form
(2) Internship offer letter
(3) A copy of your ARC
(4) A full academic transcript
(5) Certificate of Internship Consent
(6) If applicable, documents related to the first stage of the National Medical Exam and MOHW announcements
(7) Other supporting documents (see the Operation Directions)
5.Submission deadline:
From now until May 29 at 17:00

Reminder:
You must apply at least 2 months before your ARC expires. Please check your ARC expiration date carefully. |
