1.The supplementary dormitory application is processed in accordance with the Tzu Chi University Dormitory Counseling Regulations for undergraduate and above students.
2.Application Period: From now until March 20, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
3.Dormitory bed spaces are limited. Once full, applications will be temporarily suspended. This form is only open for non-residential students to apply.
4.Any incorrect information provided will result in the cancellation of the application. However, the form content can be modified during the application period.
5.Once the campus selection is completed, requests for changes will not be accepted.
6.Bed assignments will be arranged by the Dormitory Counseling Office.
7.The application results will be notified via email on March 26, 2025. For those who are approved, the dormitory fee will be included in the tuition and miscellaneous fees and will be charged proportionally. Please note that even if you cancel afterward, the dormitory fee must still be paid.
