📌 How to Join?
  ✅Download the designated app to track your progress
  ✅Team up and measure body fat before & after
  ✅Upload workout records weekly to unlock rewards
  ✅Please go to the health center to register (3/3-3/7)

📌 4 Exciting Stages Await!
  ✅Stage 1 | Check-in Run (3/10-3/16): 5 days, total 50 minutes
  ✅Stage 2 | Mission Run (3/17-3/23): 180 steps per min, 150 min per person
  ✅Stage 3 | Distance Run (3/24-3/30): 25 km per person
  ✅Stage 4 | Relay Run (3/31-4/11): Team goal: 60 km total
