To efficiently utilize the university's existing resources and enhance the work efficiency of administrative staff, the Computer Center provides optimized computer equipment (specifications detailed below) for full-time administrative staff and part-time administrative supervisors to apply for replacement.
Due to the limited number of available computers, each administrative staff member may apply for only one personal computer replacement. The Computer Center will collect all applications and submit them to the Budget Committee for review. Upon approval, replacements will be arranged based on the review results, and Computer Center staff will contact applicants to proceed with the equipment replacement.
Staff members in need are requested to submit their applications in accordance with the regulations to facilitate planning and execution by the Computer Center.
