1.'Not Available' on the grade report means the faculty member has not submitted the grade.
2.Students requesting the University's verification on grade report need to come to the Registrar with their original transcript for processing.
3.The previous grade listed as 'Not Available' might be temporarily available. Students may Access iCAN → Select “Academic Affairs Services” → Choose “Study Information” → Pick “Grades' to check whether the grade is presently available. If it is, they may visit the Registrar to return their previous grade report and receive an updated one on the first day of classes, in the new semester.
4.The rank in class for Fall 2024 and accumulated rank will be available, if all faculty members have submitted their grades. |
