[Dormitory Affairs] Supplementary Dormitory Bed Applications for Spring 2025 Semester (Application Period: January 13–17, 2025, No Extensions)
1. Application Period:
The supplementary application will be open from 8:00 AM on January 13, 2025, to 5:00 PM on January 17, 2025. Students requiring dormitory accommodation for the Spring 2025 semester are encouraged to take this opportunity. Late applications will not be accepted. Applications after this period can only be submitted during the first week of the new semester.
2. Eligibility:
1. All students of Tzu Chi University who meet the dormitory accommodation requirements.
2. Students who fall under the following conditions and have not received approval from the Student Affairs Committee are ineligible:
o Accumulated 60 demerit points for dormitory violations and have not resolved the case.
o Received three or more warnings for violating dormitory regulations.
o Rated poorly in three consecutive dormitory inspections for room management.
o Ordered to leave the dormitory under the 'Tzu Chi University Dormitory Student Rewards and Punishments Regulations.'
o Have unpaid dormitory fees (except those approved under special cases).
3. Requirements for Supplementary Applicants:
Students must comply with the following terms; failure to do so will result in cancellation of the application:
1. Bed assignments will be arranged by the Dormitory Counseling Office and cannot be changed arbitrarily.
2. Move-in date: After 12:00 PM on February 16, 2025.
