【Work study information】Matters related to school affairs and labor-based (non-academic affairs) work-study in 2025
※The Minimum Wage Review Committee of the Ministry of Labor held a meeting on September 4, 2024, and decided to adjust the hourly minimum wage from 183 yuan to 190 yuan starting next year.
※Application process for work-study
1. Enter the Student Information System->Academic Affairs Office->Work-Study Assignmen
t->Work-Study Scholarship Application, fill in the information, and then save it.
2. Fill out 2 copies of the contract (original) and send them to the nearest campus.

3. Watch the video on the occupational safety platform of the Ministry of Labor, download the certification hours, and send it to ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw。
4.Please go to each department to inquire about relevant work-study job vacancies.
※Things to note
1. Starting from January 2025, the contract will use a watermarked version (please download it yourself). The relevant contract signing content must be completely filled in, including personal seal. If it is not filled in completely, it will not be accepted.
2. For non-school students (temporary personnel) who fill out the contract form, they should check the first and second clauses, fill in the expiration date of the contract, and fill in the budget number. In addition, the relevant contract signing contents must be filled in completely, including the seal of the individual and the project leader. Failure to fill in the complete form will not be accepted.
3. The English version of the relevant contract has been officially launched; for the operation flow of the occupational safety viewing platform, please go to the Student Assistance Team of the Affairs Office Special area (https://life.tcu.edu.tw/?page_id=4097) for reference.
4. All work-study students (including non-school students) must complete the contract and occupational safety hours (basically 3 hours) before they can be eligible for work-study.
5. This group has begun to check the expiration dates of school affairs (those who have former HKUST contracts need to rewrite) and labor-type (non-academic affairs) work-study contracts. All contract dates registered 110 years ago (inclusive) will be cancelled. For questions regarding the contract, please call Tang Dingrong at extension 22741.
