Under the guidance of our Chairman, Dr. Eugene Chien, we are excited to announce that the 2025 Taiwan in My Eyes 120h –Power Up You and Me is now open for registration! Co-hosted with the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy, this event aims to deepen students’ understanding of the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Taiwan.
We'd like to ask for your support in encouraging your students to form teams and participate in this meaningful program. Not only will participants compete for substantial scholarships, but they will also have the opportunity to promote their achievements within your university.
If you are willing, we would greatly appreciate your help in forwarding this information to relevant departments and programs within your university. Attached below are details about the event for your reference:
⚡About 2025 Taiwan in My Eyes 120h:
Now in its 11th year, this program invites university students to work in teams over an intensive five-day period. This year, the designated locations focus on “electricity”, guiding students to explore Taiwan’s efforts in sustainable energy.
• Students will visit 5 designated locations, including leading enterprises and government organizations, to learn about Taiwan's renewable energy practices.
• They must also independently visit at least 6 additional locations related to the SDGs, spanning northern, central, southern, or eastern Taiwan.
• Teams will integrate their findings into a comprehensive and sustainable travel itinerary, reflecting their insights into Taiwan's sustainable development through field research, corporate visits, and community revitalization.
⭐Key Highlights:
• Over 608 students from 42 universities across 71 countries have participated since the program's inception.
• This year's designated visits center on Taiwan’s efforts in renewable energy.
• Increased scholarships: Each participant who completes the program will receive at least NT$14,500, including NT$7,000 just for being shortlisted!

• Discovery Field Trip: January 14–18, 2025
• Final Presentation competition and Award Ceremony: March 8, 2025
