全校運動會與學生相關資訊
各位親愛的同學日安:
以下是全校運動會與學生相關資訊，請詳閱，謝謝。
一、11月27日(週三)為本校運動會，今年仍由各(科)系助理協助學生的點名，各(科)系助理請自行由系統列印全年級學生名單點名。
點名地點於各(科)系休息區，成績列入精神總錦標計算。
(一)當天點名時間：第一階段上午07:45、第二階段下午14:30。
(二)請(科)各系助理於上午09:00前及下午15:00前將點名單繳交至司令台旁的生輔組點名表紙箱內。
(三)未出席者以學校重大集會假相關辦法辦理。
二、慈濟大學全校運動會即將展開，如無法出席相關活動，請學生務必按規定辦理請假手續，事假及公假需事前完成並將相關證明文件上傳。以全日八小時為準，若沒按規定辦理請假，記曠課八小時。
三、運動會當天請假程序：請完成請假手續，並讓導師知悉。
四、如有任何需協助或疑問請洽本校體育教學中心辦公室洽詢。

School sports day and student related information
Good day, dear classmates:
The following is information related to school sports events and students, please read carefully, thank you.
1. November 27 (Wednesday) is the sports day of our school. This year, the assistants of each department will still assist in the roll call of students. The assistants of each department should print the roll call of the whole year students from the system.
The roll call will take place in the rest area of each (subject) department, and the results will be included in the calculation of the overall spirit championship.
(1) Roll call time of the day: 07:45 am for the first stage and 14:30 pm for the second stage.
(2) Please ask the assistants of each department (section) to submit the roll call list to the roll call list carton of the Student Assistance Team next to the command post before 09:00 in the morning and before 15:00 in the afternoon.
(3) Those who do not attend will be handled according to the school’s relevant procedures for major assembly leave.
2. The Tzu Chi University Sports Meet is about to begin. If you are unable to attend related activities, students must apply for leave in accordance with regulations. Personal leave and public leave must be completed in advance and relevant supporting documents must be uploaded. Based on eight hours in a full day, if you fail to apply for leave according to regulations, you will be recorded as absent from school for eight hours.
3. Procedure for requesting leave on the day of the sports meeting: Please complete the application for leave and notify the instructor via telephone.
