【Call for Abstracts】
Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines
1.We invite abstracts for research that is topical to biology or biomedicine for consideration for poster presentation (not including case report). The program committee will evaluate all submissions. All accepted abstracts should be presented as a poster. Presenters of accepted abstracts are required to make the presentation themselves, and must register to attend the conference. All candidates (having passed the qualified examinations) of PhD program have obligation to present at least one poster as an annual progress report.
2.Submit abstract as an MS Word attachment by February 14, 2025 to: chou71@gms.tcu.edu.tw. No revisions can be made to submitted abstracts after the abstract submission deadline.
3.Please refer to the website (https://tcasb.tcu.edu.tw/) for the format and layout of your poster.
4.Poster acceptance notifications will be sent via email on February 24, 2025, two-minute presentation chosen from abstracts.
5.The poster competition and award will be separated into Master and PhD student groups, we will provide prizes and certificate of merit.
6.This event is jointly organized with Annual Meeting of Buddhist Tzu Chi Medical Foundation(TCMF) and our university’s Research Results Sharing Mont.
【壁報論文競賽】
1.論文徵稿以生物醫學相關領域為主(但不含病例報告)。投稿以論文摘要經由本活動評審委員會進行預審,審查通過後再通知於研討會期間進行壁報張貼與答詢。通過資格考的博士生有義務投稿至少一篇海報,作為年度進度報告的評估。
2.投稿日期:即日起至2025年2月14日。
3.投稿方式:限用Word(.doc或.docx)檔案格式,一律將稿件mail至chou71@gms.tcu.edu.tw。投稿若獲接受,均以原稿刊登,請務必自行確認內容之正確性,恕不再接受修改。
4.摘要格式:活動網頁https://tcasb.tcu.edu.tw/
5.接受投稿通知:稿件經由評審委員進行預審後,於2025年2月24日以電子郵件通知,評審委員會投稿內容遴選表現優良者,將安排於大會進行2分鐘報告。
6.海報競賽獎項分為碩士及博士生,將提供獎金及獎狀獎勵。
7.此活動與慈濟醫學教育日及本校研究成果分享月合辦。 |
