一、餐廳用餐扣款原則說明
1.餐廳用餐每餐補助一次，第二次刷卡扣原價。
2.用餐應使用識別證消費，未攜帶一律付現金。
二、中央校區（慈濟醫院同心圓餐廳）
用餐金額：
1.本校教職員生自付：早餐15元，午、晚餐各25元。
2.第二次刷卡：早餐25元，午、晚餐各45元。提醒：同心圓餐廳現場扣款會顯示自付金額，資料轉回本校電子錢包系統會補扣全額。
3.未帶識別證者付現金：早餐30元、午晚餐各50元。(依同心圓餐廳現場公告為主)，
三、建國、介仁校區餐廳：
用餐金額：
1.本校教職員生自付：早餐15元，午、晚餐各25元
2.第二次刷卡及未帶識別證者(付現金)：早餐45元，午、晚餐各65元。
四、教職員證及學生證遺失時止扣步驟：
1.登入校務資訊系統或學生資訊系統
2.到總務處-電子餐卷系統-線上失/復卡
3.依步驟輸入資料，選擇停卡/復卡狀態。
4.盡快向人資處或教務處辦理補發。

Meal Deduction Policy for Campus Cafeteria
I. Explanation of Deduction Policy
1.Each meal at the cafeteria is subsidized for the first serving; a second swipe will deduct the full amount.
2.Meals must be paid for using an identification card; those without one must pay in cash.
II. Main Campus (Tzu Chi Hospital Tong Xin Yuan Cafeteria) Meal Prices:
1.Self-payment for faculty, staff, and students: breakfast NT$15, lunch and dinner NT$25 each.
2.Second swipe: breakfast NT$25, lunch and dinner NT$45 each.
3.Cash payment without ID card: breakfast NT$30, lunch and dinner NT$50 (based on the Tong Xin Yuan Cafeteria’s posted prices).
4.Reminder: Deductions at the Tong Xin Yuan Cafeteria will display only the self-paid amount. The full amount will later be deducted from the campus e-wallet system.
III. Jianguo and Jieren Campus Cafeterias Meal Prices:
1.Self-payment for faculty, staff, and students: breakfast NT$15, lunch and dinner NT$25 each.
2.Second swipe or cash payment without ID card: breakfast NT$45, lunch and dinner NT$65 each.
IV. Steps for Card Deactivation in Case of Lost Faculty or Student ID Card
1.Log in to the School Information System or Student Information System.
2.Go to “General Affairs - Electronic Meal Voucher System - Online Card Loss/Recovery.”
3.Follow the steps to enter information and select “Deactivate” or “Reactivate” status.
4.Proceed to the HR or Academic Affairs Office as soon as possible to apply for a replacement ID.
