親愛的同仁及同學們：
因應康芮颱風來襲，為確保各位能安全用餐，10月31日及11月1日將提供假日線上訂餐服務。若10月31日或11月1日無放颱風假，線上訂餐將自動取消並退款至電子錢包，介仁校區的早餐除外。請詳閱以下規則以利訂餐安排：
訂餐規則：
本次訂餐適用於颱風日、國定假日及特殊日期，請至 新慈大校務資訊系統-總務處項下 預訂餐點。
訂餐時間：
禮拜一至四可預訂週二至五的餐點；
禮拜五可預訂六、日、一的餐點（以系統開放日期為主）。
訂單異動：每日 14:00前 可修改訂單，並於14:00結單。
取餐地點與時間：
住宿生：餐點將在各棟宿舍1樓領取，領取時間由舍監通知（須配合風雨狀況）。
教職員：請自行衡量是否訂餐。
注意事項：
訂餐完成後將直接扣款，請提前確認電子錢包餘額。
若當餐未領取，視同放棄，將由工作人員清理，不予退費。
請妥善安排訂餐事宜，颱風期間注意安全，感謝大家的配合與理解！
Online Meal Ordering Notice in Response to Typhoon Khanun (10/31, 11/1)
Dear Colleagues and Students,
In response to Typhoon Khanun, we will provide online meal ordering services on October 31 and November 1 to ensure safe dining. If October 31 or November 1 are not declared typhoon holidays, online orders will be automatically canceled and refunded to your e-wallet, except for breakfast at Jiaren Campus. Please read the rules below for meal arrangements:
Ordering Rules:
This meal ordering service applies to typhoon days, national holidays, and special dates. Please place your orders in the Tzu Chi University General Affairs System.
Ordering Time:
Orders for Tuesday to Friday meals can be placed on Monday through Thursday.
Orders for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday meals can be placed on Friday (based on system availability).
Order Changes: Orders can be modified before 2:00 PM each day, with finalization at 2:00 PM.
Pickup Locations and Times:
Residents: Meals can be picked up at the first floor of each dormitory building. Specific pickup times will be notified by the dorm supervisor based on weather conditions.
Faculty and Staff: Please decide whether to order meals.
Notes:
Orders will be directly deducted from your e-wallet balance. Please ensure sufficient funds in advance.
Unclaimed meals will be considered abandoned, handled by staff, and will not be eligible for refunds.
Please make arrangements accordingly. Stay safe during the typhoon, and thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
