一、根據中央氣象局113年09月30日02時氣象報告，輕度颱風山陀兒(KRATHON)，預估其暴風圈將對臺灣東部造成影響。受颱風影響期間將有局部較大雨勢，請注意防範瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風、溪水暴漲及坍方、落石、土石流，低窪地區慎防淹水。
二、為因應颱風可能引發之豪大雨，請各單位確實做好下列防颱準備工作：
(一)放置於陽台的盆栽及戶外走道物品請搬至室內，並清理陽台區域使排水順暢。
(二)鄰近的公共空間門窗請關好門窗防止滲水，落地門的天地鎖請務必扣上。
(三)請於下班離開前再次確認防颱準備工作是否完備，務請密切配合。
三、學生宿舍及住宿生防颱應行注意事項如下：
(一)颱風期間住宿學生，必須遵守宿舍及相關防颱之各項規定。
(二)請目前住宿同學配合完成：檢查個人寢室門窗、照明、廣播設備、陽台或氣窗等，並將個人置於室外所有物品全數收回寢室內。
(三)颱風期間相關物品準備：手電筒、電池、收音機、飲用水及食物乾糧等。
(四)颱風期間應避免進入山區、河川、海邊活動，不要至海邊觀浪並隨時注意自己的安全。

According to the Central Weather Bureau's weather report at 2:00 AM on September 30, 2024, Tropical Storm Santhu (KRATHON) is expected to impact the eastern part of Taiwan. During the typhoon’s impact, there may be localized heavy rain. Please take precautions against sudden downpours, lightning strikes, strong gusts of wind, rising river levels, landslides, falling rocks, and mudslides. Low-lying areas should also be cautious of flooding.
In preparation for heavy rainfall that may be triggered by the typhoon, all units are requested to carry out the following typhoon prevention measures: (1) Move potted plants and outdoor items from balconies and walkways indoors, and clear the balcony to ensure smooth drainage. (2) Ensure the doors and windows in nearby public spaces are properly closed to prevent water leakage, and make sure the floor locks on sliding doors are securely fastened. (3) Before leaving work, double-check that all typhoon prevention measures are complete and closely cooperate with the safety protocols.
The following are typhoon safety guidelines for student dormitories and residents: (1) During the typhoon, students living in the dormitories must comply with all dormitory and related typhoon prevention regulations. (2) Current dorm residents should check their individual rooms, ensuring doors, windows, lighting, broadcast equipment, balconies, or ventilation windows are secure, and bring all personal belongings from outside into the room. (3) Prepare essential items during the typhoon: flashlights, batteries, radios, drinking water, and non-perishable food. (4) During the typhoon, avoid entering mountainous areas, rivers, or the coast, and do not go to the seaside to watch the waves. Always prioritize your safety.
