一、113年4月3日上午發生規模7.2大地震，敬請各單位務必巡檢所有空間及附屬設備(含測試運轉是否正常)。
二、緊急修繕請先以電話聯絡營繕組處理(#1314)。
三、設備傾倒或輕微災損請各單位自行恢復，全校教職員生共同復原校園。總務處人力目前優先處理緊急狀況。
四、 災損若需修繕，請填寫修繕申請單，並點選預算來源及財產編號，修繕類別為天花板.燈具.給排水.牆面裂縫類使用營繕組預算；財產設備損壞不修繕，請直接填寫｢財產減損單｣辦理。
五、地震相關的修繕單請於4/26(五)前送出，請務必盡速巡檢盤查，以利彙整修繕。

【0403 Earthquake】Please inspect your spaces and equipment.
On the morning of April 3, 113, a magnitude 7.2 earthquake occurred. All units are kindly requested to inspect all spaces and related facilities (including testing whether they are functioning properly).
For emergency repairs, please contact the Maintenance and Repair Division by phone first (#1314).
If equipment is toppled or lightly damaged, each unit is responsible for restoring it. All faculty, staff, and students are urged to collectively restore the campus. The Office of General Affairs is currently prioritizing handling emergency situations.
If repairs are needed due to damage, please fill out a repair application form, select the budget source and property number, and choose the repair category such as ceiling, lighting, plumbing, and wall cracks. For repairs, please use the Maintenance and Repair Division's budget. For damaged property equipment that will not be repaired, please directly fill out a 'Property Damage Form' for processing.
Please submit earthquake-related repair requests by April 26 (Friday). Please inspect and assess as soon as possible to facilitate the consolidation of repairs.
