一、校本部第一冰水主機系統冷卻水泵及區域泵已使用超過28年以上，設備已老舊而故障高，設備運轉效率已低落，造成浪費能源，本組將辦理更新施工作業。
二、為提供本區域穩定之空調供應，本年度已編列預算並發包完成，預定於氣候影響最小之期間更新設備，更新後主機系統可穩定使用且節約能源。
三、施工期對各單位之影響如下:
1.停供空調冰水區域：勤耕樓全區、大捨樓全區、和敬樓(B101、B104、B105、B106)，空調仍有送風功能，但無冷氣(不含獨立冷氣機)。
2.停供空調冰水時間：112年12月29日至113年2月25日(若工程進度超前，將提早開放供應空調冰水)。
四、為提供本區更安全穩定且節能之空調，施工時所產生之不便，請各單位配合與見諒。

Main Campus Cooling System Enhancement: Update on Cool Water Pump and Regional Pump
1.Project Rationale
The cool water pump and regional pump in the main ice water system at our main campus are due for an upgrade after 28 years of service. Because of their ages, frequent breakdowns, and decreased operational efficiency resulting in energy wastage, we are commencing a renovation and construction initiative.
Our goal is to maintain a reliable air conditioning supply. With funds allocated and the contracting phase concluded, this upgrade, scheduled for the least climatically disruptive period, aims to improve the system's overall stability and energy efficiency.
2.Impact on Facility Operations
A.Buildings Impacted
The Main Campus’s Qin-Geng Building, Da-She Building, and He-Jing Building (B101, B104, B105, B106).
B.Services Affected
There will be a suspension of the chilled water supply for air conditioning. The fan function will remain active, but cooling will be unavailable (independent air conditioning units are not impacted).
C.Period of Disruption
The suspension will last from December 29, 2023, to February 25, 2024. However, if the work is completed ahead of schedule, full air conditioning services may be restored earlier than anticipated.
