你想知道東南亞料理的文化與歷史嗎?
有人說過,透過享用當地美食了解當地文化是旅途中讓人感到幸福的一件事,這次國際餐飲管理與國際會展管理學生,將在 12/10 舉辦「國際餐飲文化節」,我們將在本次活動中展現課堂成果,當天準備了代表歐洲及東南亞文化的美食菜單介紹與體驗,除了增添大家對各國美食的認識、在多元文化中與世界接軌外,不用出國也能享受我們親手製作的異國風味美食料理!歡迎大家一起來品嚐!
我們的歐洲菜單有:
沙拉Salad、歐式麵包 European bread(前菜)
義大利麵 Spaghetti(主菜)
鬆餅 Waffle(甜點)
維也納咖啡 Vienna Coffee(飲料)
還有。。。。
東南亞菜單有:
薑黃飯Tumeric rice
印尼炒泡麵 fried noodles
辣椒炸蛋 spicy boiled egg
天貝Tempe

Do you want to know the culture and history of Southeast Asian cuisine?
Someone once said that learning about local culture by enjoying local food is one thing that makes people happy during the journey. This time, students of MEEC, and Food and Beverage Management will hold the 'International food and beverage festival' on 12/10.
The results of the class were shown in the event.The introduction and experience of the gourmet menu representing European and Southeast Asian cultures were prepared on the same day. In addition to increasing everyone’s knowledge of the cuisines of various countries and connecting with the world in a multi-cultural environment, you can also enjoy the exotic countries that we make by ourselves without going abroad. Flavor gourmet cuisine! Everyone is welcome to taste it together!
Our European menu includes:
Salad Salad, European bread (appetizer)

The Southeast Asian menu includes:
Tumeric rice
