舒心禪繞畫 Zen Painting
創意繪畫老師分享
禪繞畫是一種心靈療癒的繪畫活動，在作畫的同時，心靈呈現冥想狀態，進而到達自在、放鬆、心靜的效果！並且有這助於減輕壓力、提升集中力與創造力的繪畫方式。雪霞媽媽以輕鬆的方式，帶領大家動手畫禪繞畫，從心享受畫畫的喜悅，並由畫來跟自己對話。
Zen painting is a spiritual healing process. While painting, we will enter a state of meditation and experience comfort, relaxation, and peace of mind. Moreover, Zen painting will help reduce our stress and enhance our concentration and creativity. Mom Hsueh-Hsia will lead us to practice Zen painting in a relaxed way, and through painting, we will enjoy the process and communicate with ourselves.
