因受COVID-19疫情之影響，110學年度之新生體檢作業調整如下：
★團體健康檢查日期:
====09/24 (五) — 介仁校區(體育館)
====10/01 (五) — 校本部(大喜館)
★請已到校的新生依照各系排定的時間到檢(分時分流)，排程請參閱附件
★當天請務必配合戴口罩、洗手、保持社交距離
★防疫期間，請多善用醫院到校採檢時間，減少出入醫院之風險。

★若無法參加以上校內場次者，可選擇參加慈濟醫院'補檢'時段，實際到校後，請先至健康中心領取【健檢繳費單】及資料卡，再依指示前往慈濟醫院受檢。(請參閱排程表-綠色說明)
★若為自行參加校外體檢者，請在'到校後'一週內，將完成之【學生健康資料卡】交至健康中心。
★若對新生體檢仍有疑問，歡迎與衛保組聯絡(分機1208)。
