依據本校防疫會議的決議，要麻煩全校教職員生即(18)日起協助進行”跨縣市足跡調查(填報一次即可)”及每日進行自我健康管理，並協助每日上網填報您的體溫。
若您無法自行量測體溫，可就近至校園內各體溫量測點測量，記得要每日都要上網填寫哦！

To protect everyone’s wellbeing, starting on May 18, the University requests each faculty, staff and student to:
1.Take your temperature daily. If necessary, you may ask a nearby temperature checking station for help.
2.Fill in your health information online every day by accessing https://myinfo.tcu.edu.tw/covid19
3. Whether you have traveled to other counties within 14 days or not, you are required to fill out the travel information form. |
