109級的同學，您好：
請參閱新生健康檢查結果，若醫師有建議「追加接種一劑B型肝炎疫苗」者，則代表檢驗結果為B型肝炎表面抗原及抗體皆為陰性，也代表您目前沒有感染B型肝炎病毒、同時也對B型肝炎病毒沒有免疫力。衛生福利部針對「依時程完成B型肝炎疫苗接種，經檢驗為B型肝炎表面抗體陰性者」之相關Q&A，請參閱附件說明。
為方便學生就診及減輕疫苗注射費用負擔，學校安排花蓮慈濟醫院醫護團隊到校為學生施打B型肝炎疫苗及抗體複檢抽血，相關訊息如下:
【自費B型肝炎疫苗注射】
1.時間/地點：10月30日（星期五）14：10-16：10 / 校本部大喜館一樓
2.對象：B型肝炎抗體、抗原皆為'陰性'的109級同學(請自行詳閱個人體檢報告)
3.費用：362元/劑（現場繳費，為節省您寶貴時間請自備零錢）
【自費B型肝炎抗體抽血檢查】
1.時間/地點：12月4日（星期五）14：10-16：10 / 校本部大喜館一樓
2.對象：參加10月30日B型肝炎疫苗注射的同學
3.費用：234元/次
此項作業雖然屬於非強制性質，但請同學務必考量自己的健康狀況及未來風險，把握機會參加。若有相關問題，歡迎洽詢衛生保健組護理師。

(Hepatitis B Vaccine) message notification
Dear 109 grade students,
If your freshman medical check-up had a negative hepatitis virus B antigen and antibody result, it means that you’ve never been infected by hepatitis virus B and you don’t have any immunity against the virus. It’s recommended for you to take care on your health condition and received the vaccination.
To facilitate students, we’ve make an appointment with Tzu Chi Hospital for the immunization and the post-vaccination serologic test.

3.Fee : NT$ 362
Post-vaccination serologic test (for students who received vaccination on Oct 30th)
