因應境外疫情上升，請全校教職員工生配合不要出國，如果一定要出國，即日起
1. 本國生出國一律事先通報學務處生輔組。
2. 本國生、外籍生有接觸到出國之家人、朋友、同學，務必在健康狀況填報系統中誠實填寫，或告知學務處和國際處。
3. 外國生出國一律事先通報國際處。
4. 學校教職員工出國以及接觸出國之家人，一律通報人事室
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the University requests that faculty members, staff, and students not go overseas. If they must go overseas, they must comply with the following:
1.Domestic students who plan to go overseas are required to obtain approval from the Office of Student Affairs.
2.International students must obtain approval from the Office of International Affairs before going overseas.
3.Domestic or international students, who have had contact with people, their families, friends or students that had traveled overseas, must disclose details about their own health condition, honestly, or inform either the Office of Student Affairs or the Office of International Affairs.
4.Faculty members/staff who plan to go overseas, must obtain approval from the Personnel Office. Moreover, if they have had contact with people, their families, friends or students that had traveled overseas, they must disclose honest details about their health condition to the Personnel Office.
