[Dormitory affairs]2020 Winter Holiday Dorm Application & Fee Payment
A. Important date
1. 108-1（2019 Fall semester）dorm will be ended on 13th-Jan-2020 （12:00）.
2. Winter holiday: 13th-Jan-2020 to 16th-Feb-2020（17th-Feb-2020 school starts）
3. Dorm will be closed during Chinese New Year：22th-Jan-2020 to 30th-Jan-2020（12:00）.
4. Winter holiday dorm staying period:
ヾ First：13th-Jan-2020 to 23th-Jan-2020（12:00）
ゝ Second：30th-Jan-2020 to 14th-Feb-2020（12:00）.
5. Application (online/paper-based) and fee payment: 2nd-Jan-2020 to 10th-Jan-2020（before 12:00）.
6. 108-2 (2020 Spring semester) dorm will be available from 14th-Feb-2020（12:00）.
B. Criteria
1. Student shouldn’t have more than 60 points penalty (whom haven’t been expelled from the dorm).
2. or student organizations, sports team, etc. (group), please submit the required form and students name-list to Extracurricular Activity Section for approval.
C. How to apply
1. Login to https://myinfo.tcu.edu.tw/ (service menu > 學務 > 寒暑假留宿申請).
2. Download the application form and parental approval letter.
3. Fill the form, verify with your department and teacher, and submit it to Life Guidance Section.
4. Fee Payment
D. Other(s)
1. If your application isn’t approved, please re-submit it during the application period.
2. If you don’t pay during the payment period, your application will be cancelled.
3. You will get 10 points penalty if you apply beyond the application period.
4. If you stay in the dorm without application, you will need to repay it and get 20 points penalty.
