一、隨著生成式 AI 技術迅速發展，為提升青年數位公民素養與思辨力，本局與放伴教育協會合辦旨揭計畫。透過系統性培力課程，涵蓋「生成式AI的邏輯應用、AI與心智風險、溝通討論技巧及AI議題轉譯活動設計」，協助青年建立完整知能基礎，並藉由入校營隊實作，從「議題學習者」轉化為「青年引導員」，使其成為負責任的 AI 使用者外，更成為推動校園數位議題教育的關鍵角色。
二、計畫對象：全國 18-35 歲之青年，含高中職應屆畢業生、大專院校學生及社會青年(註：新北市戶籍者、新北市就學者與新北市學校相關人員優先錄取)。
三、計畫活動與時程：活動包含培力課程及校園營隊，青年可依需求彈性分段參加。
(一) 6-7 月｜青年議題培力課程(共六場)。
(二) 8-9 月｜新北校園一日營隊(共三場)。
四、本活動皆為免費參與，並採線上表單報名，完成表單報名後，以電子郵件通知是否錄取。報名資訊如下：

**Announcement: Youth Digital Literacy and Critical Thinking Enhancement Program**
**I. Program Overview**
With the rapid advancement of generative AI technology, the Bureau, in collaboration with the Pangpuaan Education Association, is pleased to announce the launch of the aforementioned program. This initiative aims to enhance the digital citizenship and critical thinking skills of young people. Through a series of systematic empowerment courses covering topics such as "the logical application of generative AI," "AI and mental health risks," "communication and discussion techniques," and "designing activities to translate AI issues," the program will help youth establish a comprehensive knowledge base. Furthermore, through hands-on camp activities conducted on campus, participants will transition from "issue learners" to "youth facilitators," enabling them to become responsible AI users and key contributors to digital issue education within their schools.
**II. Eligibility**
The program is open to all youth aged 18 to 35 across the country, including recent high school and vocational school graduates, college and university students, and young professionals. Priority will be given to applicants who are residents of New Taipei City, currently studying in New Taipei City, or affiliated with schools in New Taipei City.
**III. Program Activities and Schedule**
The program consists of empowerment courses and campus camps, with participants able to join flexibly according to their needs.
(1) **June-July:** Youth Issue Empowerment Courses (six sessions in total).
(2) **August-September:** One-Day Campus Camps in New Taipei City (three sessions in total).
**IV. Participation and Registration**
All activities are free of charge. Registration will be conducted through an online form. Upon completion of the registration form, applicants will be notified via email regarding their acceptance. Registration details are as follows:
