一、本活動融入黑客松(Hackathon)競賽精神，結合專業培力課程，邀請具備創業實績或競賽經驗的青年學子，利用「花蓮大數據」進行腦力激盪與即席解題。透過 3 天 2 夜的高強度戰鬥營，期能有效串聯在地產業資源，優化創業構想，並透過業師輔導與 MVP CEO 機制，促進創新解方落地實踐，吸引人才扎根花蓮。
二、旨案競賽摘要如下(詳附件簡章)：
(一)報名資格：18 歲至 45 歲青年，具備數據分析能力或創業潛力者優先。
(二)競賽獎項：預計選出金獎、銀獎、銅獎、特別獎共4組優勝團隊；競賽總獎金為新臺幣35萬元及落地獎勵金80萬元。
(三)報名時間：自公告日起至115年6月12日(五)下午12時。
(四)報名方式：採線上表單報名(報名網址：https://www.surveycake.com/s/n9MKm)，詳情請至花蓮縣政府青年發展中心官網(https://ydc.org.tw/zh-hant/activity/competition/5/)。
(五)活動時間：7月6日(一)至7月8日(三)，為期三天兩夜。
(六)活動地點：花蓮福容大飯店(花蓮縣花蓮市民運里民生路51號)。

一、This event incorporates the spirit of a Hackathon competition, combined with professional empowerment courses. We invite young students with entrepreneurial experience or competition backgrounds to utilize "Hualien Big Data" for brainstorming and on-the-spot problem-solving. Through a 3-day, 2-night intensive boot camp, we aim to effectively connect local industry resources, optimize entrepreneurial concepts, and promote the practical implementation of innovative solutions through industry mentorship and the MVP CEO mechanism, attracting talent to take root in Hualien.
二、The competition summary is as follows (see the attached guidelines for details):
(一) Eligibility: Young individuals aged 18 to 45, with priority given to those possessing data analysis skills or entrepreneurial potential.
(二) Awards: Four winning teams will be selected, including the Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, and Special Award. The total prize money for the competition is NT$350,000, along with a NT$800,000 implementation grant.
(三) Registration Period: From the date of this announcement until 12:00 PM on Friday, June 12, 2026.
