一、為勉勵學子藉由影像紀錄探索生命內涵，學習欣賞生命的豐富與可貴，深化生命教育推動效益與影響力，本部自109年起，每年規劃辦理「教育部生命教育關懷與推廣微電影競賽」，由教育部生命教育中心(南華大學)承辦。另為回應實際創作型態與影像媒介發展現況，本活動自115年起，調整活動名稱為「教育部生命教育關懷與推廣短片競賽」。
二、活動訊息請逕至「教育部生命教育全球資訊網」(https://life.edu.tw/)及「南華大學生命教育中心」(https://lifeeducation.nhu.edu.tw)參閱
(一)徵選主題：走出自己．看見微光。
(二)參與對象：高級中等學校、大專校院大學部及研究所在學學生，不分組。
(三)徵件日期：公告日起至9月7日(星期一)23時59分前，完成網路登記、參賽資料填寫，並繳交短片參賽作品。
(四)頒獎典禮暨首映會：預計12月結合「教育部生命教育特色學校、績優人員及短片頒獎典禮」辦理。
(五)獎勵方式：
1、短片作品獎勵：
(1)、金牌：獎狀及獎金新臺幣(以下同)8萬元，1名。
(2)、銀牌：獎狀及獎金4萬元，1名。
(3)、銅牌：獎狀及獎金2萬元，1名。
(4)、佳作：獎狀及獎金1萬元，2名。
(5)、評審特別獎：獎狀及獎金1萬元，1名至3名為原則。
2、上述獲獎學生，函請所屬學校予以敘獎，指導老師由教育部頒發感謝狀。
3、經初審通過進入決審之團隊，由承辦單位發入圍證明，指導老師頒發感謝狀。
(六)出席頒獎典禮之入圍團隊將發給「入圍獎勵金」3,000元並酌予補助交通費，未出席者視同放棄獎勵資格。

**Announcement: Ministry of Education Life Education Care and Promotion Short Film Competition**
To encourage students to explore the meaning of life through visual storytelling, appreciate the richness and value of life, and deepen the impact of life education, the Ministry of Education has organized the "Ministry of Education Life Education Care and Promotion Short Film Competition" annually since 109. This event is hosted by the Center for Life Education at Nanhua University. In response to the evolving landscape of creative practices and visual media, the competition's name was updated to "Ministry of Education Life Education Care and Promotion Short Film Competition" starting from 115.

**Competition Details:**
1. **Theme:** "Step Out of Yourself, See the Spark of Light."
2. **Participants:** Current students from senior high schools, undergraduate, and graduate programs at colleges and universities. No division of categories.
3. **Submission Period:** From the date of this announcement until 23:59 on Monday, September 7. Participants must complete online registration, fill out the competition materials, and submit their short film entries by this deadline.
4. **Award Ceremony and Premiere:** Scheduled for December, in conjunction with the "Ministry of Education Life Education Distinctive Schools, Outstanding Personnel, and Short Film Award Ceremony."
5. **Awards:**
- **Short Film Awards:**
- **Gold Award:** Certificate and a cash prize of NT$80,000 (1 winner).
- **Silver Award:** Certificate and a cash prize of NT$40,000 (1 winner).
- **Bronze Award:** Certificate and a cash prize of NT$20,000 (1 winner).
- **Excellence Awards:** Certificate and a cash prize of NT$10,000 (2 winners).
- **Special Jury Awards:** Certificate and a cash prize of NT$10,000 (1 to 3 winners).
- **Recognition for Winning Students:** The hosting university will be notified to award the students accordingly. Thank-you certificates will be presented to the supervising teachers by the Ministry of Education.
- **Recognition for Finalists:** Teams that pass the preliminary review and proceed to the final round will receive a certificate of finalist status from the organizing unit, and thank-you certificates will be presented to their supervising teachers.
**Attendance at the Award Ceremony:**
- Finalist teams attending the award ceremony will receive a "Finalist Award Grant" of NT$3,000 and may be provided with travel expense subsidies. Teams that do not attend will be deemed to have forfeited their award eligibility.
