一、隨著科技不斷發展與普及,數位/網路性別暴力已成為日益嚴峻的社會議題。本部連續2年辦理本項競賽,鼓勵學生將防治數位/網路性別暴力之方法及相關時事議題,轉化為兼具創意與倡議意涵的作品,且歷屆參賽作品皆展現出高度創意與深刻觀察,成果十分精采。為持續促進學生透過創意競賽深化對此議題的理解。
二、本活動之主題、參加資格、報名及送件方式如下,詳情請參閱活動簡章:
(一)活動主題:得參考行政院函頒「數位/網路性別暴力之定義、類型及其內涵說明」(網址:https://reurl.cc/13D1MQ),創作10種數位/網路性別暴力態樣之短影音(大專校院組及高中職組)及海報繪畫(國中組及國小組)作品。
(二)參加資格:
1、各級公私立學校之在學學生(具有學籍者),每人參賽件數以1件為限。
2、若為應屆畢業生者,以後續報到之學制為參加組別(例如國小6年級學生參加海報繪畫,就需勾選國中組)。
(三)報名及送件方式:
1、甄選作品類別:
(1)、短影音(大專校院組及高中職組):本年度首次加入短影音「人氣獎」,將由主辦單位於收件截止後,上傳至網站供大眾宣傳及按讚投票,最終由各組人氣最高之前3名獲得。
(2)、海報繪畫(國中組及國小組)。
2、報名及送件資料:應包含比賽報名表、切結書、個人資料使用授權同意書、著作權授權同意書及實體作品。
3、收件時間:自115年5月22日(星期五)起至115年8月19日(星期三)止,以郵戳為憑。
4、收件地址:以掛號郵寄至「702臺南鹽埕郵局第21號信箱」,並請於信封袋上註明「教育部115年數位/網路性別暴力防治—短影音暨海報繪畫比賽-魏小姐收」之字樣。

**I. Background and Purpose**
With the continuous development and widespread adoption of technology, digital/gender violence has become an increasingly significant societal issue. For the past two consecutive years, this department has organized this competition to encourage students to creatively transform methods of preventing digital/gender violence and related contemporary issues into works that embody both innovation and advocacy. Past entries have consistently demonstrated high levels of creativity and insightful perspectives, yielding remarkable results. To further promote students' understanding of this topic through creative competition, we are continuing this initiative.
**II. Competition Details**
The following outlines the theme, eligibility criteria, registration, and submission procedures for this event. For further information, please refer to the official guidelines:
**(1) Competition Theme:**
Participants may refer to the "Definition, Types, and Explanation of Digital/Gender Violence" issued by the Executive Yuan (URL: https://reurl.cc/13D1MQ) to create short video works (for college/university and high school/vocational school categories) and poster paintings (for junior high and elementary school categories) that depict 10 forms of digital/gender violence.
**(2) Eligibility Criteria:**
1. Current students enrolled in public or private schools at all levels (those with valid student status) are eligible to participate. Each student may submit only one entry.
2. For graduating students, the category of participation will be determined by the subsequent academic level they will enroll in (for example, a sixth-grade elementary student participating in the poster painting category must select the junior high school group).
**(3) Registration and Submission Procedures:**
1. **Categories of Works:**
- Short Video (College/University and High School/Vocational School Categories): This year, a "Popularity Award" will be introduced for short video entries. After the submission deadline, the organizing committee will upload the entries to the official website for public promotion and voting. The top three most popular entries in each category will be awarded.
- Poster Painting (Junior High and Elementary School Categories).
2. **Required Submission Materials:**
- Competition registration form
- Affidavit
- Personal data usage authorization agreement
- Copyright authorization agreement
- Physical work
3. **Submission Period:**
Entries must be postmarked between May 22, 2026 (Thursday) and August 19, 2026 (Wednesday).
4. **Submission Address:**
Entries should be sent by registered mail to "P.O. Box 21, Yancheng Post Office, Tainan City, Taiwan (702)." Please clearly indicate on the envelope: "2025 Ministry of Education Digital/Gender Violence Prevention—Short Video and Poster Painting Competition, c/o Ms. Wei."
